Aluminum for Oil Tank Truck

The length of aluminum plate commonly used in the tank truck is generally less than 12.5 meters, width is less than 2.2 meters. The common thickness is generally 5, 6, 7, 8mm. A complete tank generally needs 4-6 aluminum plates.

The tank body adopts 5083H111 aluminum plate, and the tank cover on both sides needs to be bent. 5083-O aluminum plate is adopted, O temper is softer, and 5083-O temper is adopted for the partition board (anti-wave plate).In addition, there are also some manufacturers using 5454H111 aluminum plate to produce tank.
