According to the different alloys of aluminum checker plate, it can be divided into:
1. Ordinary aluminum alloy checker plate: The aluminum checker plate processed with 1060 aluminum plate as the plate base can adapt to the ordinary environment and it has a low price. Customers usually use this checkered aluminum sheet for cold storage, floors, and outer packaging.
2. Aluminum alloy checker plate: processed with 3003 as the main raw material. This kind of aluminum plate is also called anti-rust aluminum plate. The strength is slightly higher than that of ordinary aluminum checker plate, so this product is used in rust prevention with less stringent requirements, such as truck models and cold storage floors.
3. Aluminum-magnesium alloy checker plate: It is processed with 5000 series aluminum plate such as 5052 or 5083 as raw material, which has good corrosion resistance, hardness and anti-rust performance. Usually used in special places, such as ships, cabin lights and humid environments, this kind of aluminum checker plate has high hardness and certain load-bearing capacity.
