Product Description

1100 aluminum coil belongs to pure aluminum coil series, its strength is relatively low. 1100 aluminum coil has excellent ductility, formability, weldability and corrosion resistance. The anodic oxidation can further improve the corrosion resistance. Its surface is beautiful without obvious defects, the coil surface is smooth, no edges, oil spot, but 1100 aluminum coil can’t accept heat treatment to be strengthened.

Application

1100 aluminum coil is generally used in radiators, bottle caps, printing plates, cooking utensils, building materials, heat exchanger components. 1100 aluminum can also be used for food and chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal products, hollow hardware, welding combination keys, reflectors, nameplates, deep drawing products.
