Product Description

Tank car is a tan-shaped transport vehicle. It’s used to load a variety of liquid, liquefied gas and powder goods.

The length of aluminum plate commonly used in the market is generally less than 12.5 meters, width is less than 2.2 meters, common thickness is generally 5, 6, 7, 8mm. A complete tank car, generally need 4-6 aluminum plate welding.

The tank body adopts 5083H111 aluminum plate, and the tank cover on both sides needs to be bent. 5083-O aluminum plate is adopted, O temper is softer, and 5083-O temper is adopted for the partition board (anti-wave plate).
